6. Pre-workout/Amino energy drink. Pre-workout tip: you should always eat sometime before working out, so your body has enough sugar to expend energy. Otherwise, your muscles will start to deteriorate as your body looks to converting your muscle tissue into energy!

8. Workout outfit. I love shopping for work out clothes, it actually motivates me to go to the gym! It sounds silly, but when you have some cute gym clothes, you gotta show them off somewhere! ;)

That’s awesome, for me i keep extra clothes, my workout log and diet plan, and some food I carry around, and a new black nike bag as my old one got ruined from over packing it with food lol eating problem SHOOT. During my cutting phase before my up coming photo shoot I like carrying around certain supplements and herbs that I put together myself, As I took some college course work on nutrition and body science. I’ve read that your a beauty guru that’s awesome, your expiring me to be a fitness guru myself lol.
